| one day at a time....

| okie dokie, so basically the whole week before school started I cooked
meals for about 60 people all together...hahah about 20 WOWies
plus the boys (about 6 of them)--we had lots of pasta and as
dessert/appetizers we had chocolate fondue with strawberries and
m&ms and pretzels! yummy! i love having our boys over...heart!!
 
then on saturday night we had our annual crusade party and it was
hosted by our boys at their house in their backyard...yea, definitely
about 400 people in the course of the evening, how awesome is that? AND
it got broken up by the cops!! hahahah can you imagine
their faces when they showed up to this huge party right off campus and
it was classic 80s and 90s music blasting and not a single person was
dressed all scandalous and there was not a drop of alcohol to be
found!??! hahahahahha, my gosh, it was glorious!! here are
a couple pics from that...i love my roomies =)
 
oh and i forgot to mention that i woke up at 6 with rachel to go over
and cook the boys breakfast so they could wake up early and start
preparing for the party...so that was another 8 people or so to add to
the list. AND when I went over there I got to see the house-warming
gift that rach, robbyn and i made for them...hahahaha...here is where
the whole nun thing ended up...
after cooking for them, i went over to aaron's house and cooked
breakfast for all of them...that's 3 more. Then on Sunday my
roomies and I invited a whole bunch of new freshmen over to meet some
of our other friends in crusade and everything...SO MUCH FUN! There
were 25 people total at that...i cooked chicken and rice to feed ALL
those boys!! rach made soup and string beans, robbyn made bruschetta,
laura made cake...it was glorious! and it was so awesome seeing a
bunch of our random friends and accquaintances come together under one
roof and see how they're all connected...happiness 
 
 
 
 
 
ok, and that last picture of me with the sweet looking guy shows the
new love of my life...andrew olson..... HEART! hee hee
hee...he's just absolutely adorable, i love new freshmen!!
i must also say that it is such a huge blessing to have a house that
can accomodate 30 people just within our family room and kitchen...i
don't think i'll ever again be this lucky...
and speaking of blessings...i just have to mention that i absolutely
LOVE my roommates...late night talks, group cleaning sessions while
blasting kelly clarkson, all of us laying in my bed (thanks for all the
consolation guys!! haha), making dinner all together...you girls are
amazing and i know now why God brought you into my life!!

from a long day with her WOWies, but she wasn't in her bed!

Now what was Jessie doing with the art supplies?  why, she was being ridiculous of course!
She stole rachel's clipboard for WOW and decorated it!

wonder "why?" ::sigh::.......i wish i had the answers to everything, i
hate the feeling where i'm angry, confused, frustrated, and sad all at
the same time...and i'm really tired of putting my heart on the line to
take a chance at things...

| okie dokie, some pictures for you all....starting with the ones taken a while back and going to present (today!).....
Visiting Aaron in Valencia, and Nessie was there visiting HER
boyfriend!! weird huh? I LOVE YOU NESSIE! yay for double dates in a
town neither of us live in!! lol
 
 
Heather and Adam Brown's wedding!! crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay for old
foothill friends and fam! andy halseth and his parents, the rhoads
family, allyse spisak and mom, christine bucchanieri and mom, the
dennistons, and a variety of others! happiness ;o)
 
 
 
Aaron came up to ptown with me and visited for the weekend...we got to
go to the A's and Yankees game!!!!!! we had special tickets right
behind home plate!! good times!!! and he's so cute....
 
 
 
I visited Meggy at Berkeley!! LOVE THAT GIRL!!!!
 
made the boys dinner at my house with my new roomies, RACHEL ELLIS and Robbyn Klein!!!!
LOVE!!!! so much happiness in the household, I LOVE IT! such a
blessing....we love our crazy boys too!
 
 
 
 
 
Then we all went to church today and met a bunch of new freshmen! 3 of
them were aaron and danny and robbyn's friends from valencia!!! woo
hooo!!!! fun fun! then we went out for some YUMMY lunch at mondeo's...
 
then rachel and robbyn and i had some special fun on our
own....disguised as nuns....for a secret project.....hee hee
hee!!!!! check out our glorious head dresses...
yep, it's official.....we'd make some super HOT nuns....wait, did i say hot? i meant CREEPY!!!!!!!!!! hahahahaha!
